With the typical generation length spanning 15 years, the last of the Generation Alphas will finish being born in 2024.
It is generally understood that Millennials are those individuals born between the years of 1981 and 1996, while Generation Alpha are those children born from 2010 to the year 2025, making them the first group to be born entirely within the 21st century.
From the perspective of 2021, Gen Alpha can be tentatively described as ‘more Gen Z than Gen Z’. Like their predecessors, they are digital natives, but unlike Gen Z, they’re growing up free of even the residue of previous generations’ analogue ways.
