The fastest way to get to it is by going north from Kakariko Village, following the cliff path east, and then Paragliding into the valley to cross the large river.
To reach the tower, go northeast from Gerudo Town to Kara Kara Bazaar. From there, go northwest toward the tower. The sand will slope up to a short ledge with Bokoblins and a Moblin on it. Carefully climb up that ledge, then after you get past the monsters, go west up the slope.
The fastest way to get to the remote and cold Hebra Region (and its Tower) is from the Rito Village. Simply head northeast along the path, dealing with the many enemy camps scattered along it. The temperature will rapidly decline so be prepared with some warm outfits or warm food.
The Armor Of The Wild is easily one of the best armors in the entire game, providing the highest defense boost in the game along with an excellent set bonus that improves the range of the Master Sword’s beam attack when you’re at full health.
