1 Answer. To get Poppi’s Final Form (qt pi), you’ll have to travel to the Leftherian Archipelago (specifically Fonsett Village Arch) and walk to a Heart-to-Heart. You can find it by going down the stairs and to the right, across a bridge and onto the next landmass.
You’ll have to play Tiger Tiger a lot though, as the minigame is the only way of acquiring Ether Crystals, which can then use to craft brand new Poppi parts in the Poppiswap upgrade system. Other than that, you’ll have to decide what role you want Poppi to fill in your party.
A Salvage Point can be found at the Ansel Hatchery in the Leftherian Archipelago.
Location. Growing Up is a Heart-to-Heart in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It is located on the eastern side of the Ansel Hatchery in Fonsett Waters of the Leftherian Archipelago. It is also a prerequisite for Poppi QT’s upgrade quest Powered-Up Poppi.
The Element Core can be crafted through Poppiswap’s “Create/Crystallize” menu using Ether Crystals obtained from Tiger! Tiger! or from crystallizing other Poppi Parts.

Golden Cogs are Mechanical collectibles in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. They can be found in Temperantia, in particular by Salvaging at Battlescar Cove, Dalnes Stone or Triedge Isle.
Cubic Diamonds are Ore collectibles in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. They can be found in the Leftherian Archipelago or the Empire of Mor Ardain, in particular from the Collection Point right after going up the stairs at Ruined Laborers’ Bridge. Five of them are required for the quest Powered-Up Poppi.
