Thomas Milligan was a doctor who worked for the NHS in 2008. When the Master’s paradox machine was destroyed, undoing the Year That Never Was and reversing time back to 2008, Martha Jones phoned him and then hung up, reassured that in the proper timeline he was alive. ( TV: Last of the Time Lords)

When the Doctor was captured by the Master, Martha travelled the world telling his story of resistance. The psychic energy this gathered helped release the Time Lord. After activating Project Indigo in the face of Davros’ Reality Bomb, Martha married Mickey Smith and together they hunted alien threats to Earth.
We see many time lords on Galifrey, so the Doctor is no longer the last one. He was never considered the last time lord since the Master has been around.
He has three sisters, one of whom is his twin. His father, uncle, and one of his sisters are all Baptist ministers.
It is revealed that when the Doctor whispered to Martha in the previous episode, he said: “Use the countdown.” Docherty’s betrayal was planned — engineered by Martha so that she would be brought on board the Valiant to rejoin the Doctor.
She will be appearing in three feature-length specials in 2022, after which she will regenerate into the 14th Doctor, with an as-yet unknown actor taking over from her. Though the role hasn’t yet been cast, Whittaker revealed in an interview with The Guardian that she will feel very “maternal” to the new actor.
He has appeared in two episodes of ‘The Sarah Jane Adventures’ and one episode of ‘Class’; two other spin-offs. At least he was mentioned in a few ‘Torchwood’ episodes (example: in ‘Children of Earth: Day Five’, Gwen Cooper questioned herself why the Doctor is not on Earth to save the human children from the 456).
A female Time Lord is a “Time Lady”, as stated multiple times in the classic series and in the newer series. For example, see City of Death (classic series) and Dark Water (newer series). As for why, consider the phrase “lords and ladies…” (Lady is simply the feminine equivalent of Lord.)

Unable to regenerate, with just one heart, a human Doctor, living with Rose on their parallel Earth, going by the name John Smith. Rose even calls him John. And indeed they have been there some time, to the extent they now have a daughter together – a teenage daughter, called Mia.
The Doctor (now on his 10th regeneration) and Rose Tyler have been through a lot together. But, reasons why we love those who we do often come to mid after they’re gone. The Doctor realised then, after Rose was trapped in an alternate dimension, that he loved her so much because she had reawakened the light in him.
Aptly named Lux, a word which translates into ‘light’ and pays tribute to Lucifer’s role as the ‘light-bringer‘, the club is anything but light-filled, and rather serves as a den of sin of sorts, its debauchery a symbol of the fallen angel’s lifestyle.
In its final story — “Last of the Time Lords”, Martha was separated from the Doctor for a year, and after saving the world she decided to return to Earth to allow herself to qualify as a medical doctor, look after her devastated family, and get over the Doctor’s inability to reciprocate her feelings.
The 15th Doctor Jodie Whittaker.
The Doctor will never have a real name other than “The Doctor” and whatever aliases he assumes (i.e. “John Smith”). In the mythos of the show, River Song knows his real name. One would presume The Master, who was his childhood friend, would know his name.
Piper brought Rose to life for two seasons of Doctor Who, playing against two different Doctors (Christopher Eccleston and David Tennant). Speaking on the BBC radio show Desert Island Discs, she said she chose to leave because she “didn’t like the responsibility of being a role model.”
The longest-lasting on-screen incarnation is the Fourth Doctor, played by Tom Baker for seven years.
